- We use all Irish butter for our sandwiches, mashed potatoes and baking.
- Tap Water: We have our own spring well and well water. (Tap water with no chemicals added)
- We keep our own farm birds and use our own eggs and buy local eggs when we are short.
- Apple pies and Rhubarb pies and Chocolate brownies and ginger cake are made locally.
- I make the lemon drizzle cake myself along with the scones, stampy and brown bread.
- Our pancakes are made with our own or local eggs, gluten free flour (Odlum’s) and milk.
- Our apple juice and orange juice are 100% juice. (No added sugar)
